Supplier Monitoring Officer M/F

We are looking for a Supplier Monitoring Officer for our client, specialized in the metallurgy sector. You will be responsible for the monitoring and follow-up of suppliers/subcontractors from order placement to delivery. You will enable the company to control its supply lead times and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers/subcontractors. Based on the orders placed by the buyers:

• Guarantee order deliveries
• Ensure the reliability of delivery dates promised by suppliers/subcontractors to internal customers by recording dates in the ERP.
• Coordinate expediting visits at suppliers/subcontractors when necessary.

• Planning department, Technical departments (methods office, design office, quality department, finance department and warehouse receiving department) Specific professional knowledge:

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the Oracle ERP
• Knowledge of international commercial negotiation techniques
• Basic knowledge of legal aspects applicable to purchasing
