Senior Product Development Officer (RD-Bakery)

• Carry out product development in collaboration with the Product Management department, Purchasing department, and related units

• Define product standards, product management, usage methods, and equipment cleaning procedures

• Collaborate with Suppliers to produce products that meet the specified quality and standards

• Prepare and verify product labels to ensure legal compliance

• Conduct market research to source new concepts for product development

• Supervise the quality of new products released at retail branches

• Update laws related to product development to ensure compliance with Thai and international regulations

• Perform research and development work to create new innovations

• Execute special food projects (Project) according to the organization's strategies and goals

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Product Development, Food Science, or other related fields At least 5 years of experience in food product development; expertise in bakery products and ingredients will be specially considered Experience in food industrial factories / OEM Good computer programming skills and ability to communicate in basic English Able to work off-site or travel upcountry and abroad
