Your tasks

Job Objective Provide support to the Operations area in activities related to demand planning, logistics, international trade, and information analysis, contributing to process optimization and the development of operational tracking tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Document key and support processes of the area.
• Support the preparation of demand forecasts and performance analysis.
• Update databases, reports, and Market Demand and Logistics dashboards.
• Provide support in the creation of purchase orders and uploading information in SAP/APO.
• Follow up on inventories, replenishment orders, and product availability.
• Monitor national and international shipments and support import processes.
• Coordinate the scheduling of goods entries to the warehouse.
• Communicate product status to the Sales, Product, and BI areas.
• Participate in report automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education: Students in their final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Administration, or related careers.

English: Intermediate.

Basic Knowledge

• Intermediate Excel.
• Analysis and management of databases.
• Preparation and follow-up of reports.
• Basic concepts of supply chain, logistics, and demand planning.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

Skills

IMPORTANT: Must be an active student and have availability to remain in the program for 12 months.
