Business Analyst – CMS Payments Expert M/F This is your mission As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for gathering requirements and the continuous improvement of our ecosystem. Main Missions: Analyze and challenge business needs related to payment solutions and bank card management.
Lead functional topics from end to end in coordination with business, product, and IT teams.
Perform impact studies on the Card Management System (CMS) and associated applications.
Write detailed functional specifications for development teams.
Define acceptance criteria and support development phases.
Prepare and write functional testing documentation.
Participate in testing campaigns, analyze anomalies, and follow up on their resolution.
Provide functional support to users and stakeholders.
Produce functional documentation and deliverables intended for clients.
Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with various stakeholders.
Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the Card Management System in an Agile environment.
This is your background You have at least 6 years of experience in demanding banking or payments environments. You love tech without ever ceasing to innovate. You are looking for a framework where your ideas matter and where technicality goes hand in hand with collaboration. This is your expertise: Good knowledge of payments, particularly regarding a Card Management System (CMS)
Good knowledge of the Open environment (Linux, Java, API Rest) and the Cloud
The following knowledge is an interesting addition: Database (Oracle or Postgre), Kafka
Knowledge of the Agile method
Use of Jira
