FUNCTIONS:

Provide support regarding any doubt, inquiry, or inconvenience the user may have through CALLS for clients in the HEALTH sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be of legal age (18 years or older)
• Have upper-intermediate English (B2) or advanced (C1)
• Have completed high school studies or completed, ongoing, or incomplete higher education (Institute or University)
• Availability to work at our SAN BORJA headquarters (Av. Primavera 1013)

WORK MANAGEMENT SCHEDULES:

• Availability to work at our SAN BORJA headquarters (Av. Primavera 1013)
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday in the range of 7am to 10pm (FT 44hrs weekly)
• Rest 2 days a week Saturday and Sunday. Only during the months of December to March: two rotating days.
