We have a new opportunity to join our Finance team as a Financial Planning Analyst. This position will have a key role in financial closing processes, technical reserve calculation, corporate reporting, financial planning, and management control, ensuring compliance with Group policies, accounting regulations, and international financial reporting standards. The position will interact closely with local and regional teams, contributing to the quality of financial information and supporting strategic business decision-making. Main responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast (Landing) processes. Consolidate financial and operational information for business planning. Perform financial analyses to support management decision-making. Financial Reporting & Closing Analyze and consolidate revenue, sales, and operational expenses. Calculate and control technical reserves under IFRS 17 (UPR, EPNW, NCB). Prepare variance analyses and explanations of financial results. IFRS & Technical Accounting Participate in the application and control of processes associated with IFRS 17. Calculate accrued commission costs and other technical estimates for quarterly closings. Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information coming from different corporate systems. Corporate & Regional Reporting Prepare financial reports for the region according to the monthly or quarterly closing activity calendar. Coordinate the preparation of corporate packages for cash, investments, procurement, and other corporate reports. Actively participate in internal and external audits. Internal Control & Process Improvement Execute periodic financial controls over reserves, revenue, billing, and expenses. Develop queries and data analyses using corporate tools and databases. Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency in financial processes. Procurement Manage financial approvals related to suppliers and expenses. Coordinate supplier onboarding processes and compliance with corporate policies. Responsible for Compliance processes associated with purchasing and suppliers.
Profile we are looking for Education: Auditor, Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or similar. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Corporate Finance. Desirable experience in insurance or financial services. Advanced Excel, desirable experience with SAP, SQL, and AI. Intermediate English.
