As part of the temporary reinforcement of its Group Procurement department, Coface is looking for a CDD as soon as possible until the end of May 2027 for a Senior IT Buyer position to support the purchasing teams in managing their operational and strategic activities across IT categories. This person will work in close collaboration with the various Group departments: IT, Security, Legal, Risk, and the various business divisions in order to lead the purchasing projects entrusted to them and ensure the application of Group policies and procedures. The person must be autonomous across the entire purchasing cycle and will actively contribute to value creation through cost optimization, risk management, improvement of contractual conditions, and strengthening regulatory compliance. In this capacity, their responsibilities will include notably: Management of purchasing projects: Support business divisions and IT teams in expressing and qualifying their needs; Define and implement purchasing strategies adapted to project challenges; Lead supplier consultations (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and coordinate various stakeholders; Analyze commercial, technical, and financial proposals; Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers; Ensure contracting in coordination with legal teams and internal stakeholders; Guarantee compliance with the purchasing process and Group governance rules.

Supplier and contract management: Manage a portfolio of strategic IT suppliers; Participate in supplier reviews and monitoring of contractual performance; Identify opportunities for optimizing costs, service levels, and contractual conditions; Anticipate contractual, operational, and financial risks related to suppliers; Ensure monitoring of contractual deadlines and prepare renewals or re-tendering.

Compliance, risks, and regulation Ensure the application of Group policies regarding purchasing, compliance, risk management, and information security; Participate in initiatives related to regulatory requirements impacting IT suppliers (DORA, cybersecurity, data protection, operational resilience, third-party management, etc.); Contribute to the negotiation and compliance of contracts with regulatory requirements and internal standards; Support business and IT teams in supplier risk management.

Reporting and continuous improvement Ensure reporting of activities and purchasing savings in accordance with internal methodologies; Maintain monitoring tools and performance indicators; Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes, tools, and practices; Contribute to the sharing of best practices within the Group Procurement department.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in IT purchasing; Significant experience in managing complex and international projects; Proven experience in negotiating software, SaaS, Cloud, IT services, outsourcing, and professional services contracts with major market players; Experience in the financial sector or in a regulated environment is an asset.

Skills: Excellent mastery of purchasing processes and negotiation techniques; Good understanding of IT environments and the main associated contractual models (SaaS, Cloud, licenses, T&M, fixed price, outsourcing, etc.); Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and supplier risk management issues; Knowledge of regulations applicable to IT suppliers (DORA, GDPR, etc.); Ability to manage several projects in parallel in an international environment. Professional proficiency in English (written and oral); ability to conduct negotiations, lead meetings, and draft contractual documents in English.
