Maintenance Service & Technical Support Manager M/F

Do you enjoy managing a team, solving technical problems, and structuring a department? KOELIS is a Grenoble-based MedTech company that develops innovative imaging and guidance solutions used notably in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, marketed in more than 50 countries. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for a team of 3 people.

Your mission You will drive daily after-sales service (SAV) activities and support its maturity in an international environment, with about fifty distributors worldwide. You will notably be in charge of:

• managing and developing the team;
• prioritizing and following up on tickets and interventions;
• supervising preventive and corrective maintenance;
• intervening on hardware/software, IT, and network technical issues;
• structuring the methods, procedures, indicators, and service documentation;
• guaranteeing the quality and traceability of field feedback;
• working closely with the R&D and Quality teams to accelerate diagnostics and corrective actions;
• occasionally supporting international distributors.

The objective: to continue the structuring of the SAV to gain even more reactivity, autonomy, and service quality, while strengthening the reliability of field feedback. Occasional travel in France and internationally is to be expected.

Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in SAV, maintenance, or technical support of technological equipment, with experience in team management. You like to stay close to the field and are comfortable with environments combining IT, software, hardware, networks, and troubleshooting. You appreciate environments where you must both "get your hands dirty," structure, formalize, and develop teams. Experience in medical devices, ISO 13485, medical imaging, or DICOM is a plus, but not indispensable. Experience in a highly regulated environment can perfectly suit. As KOELIS works with about fifty distributors worldwide, you possess solid professional English, ideally B2+ or higher. We are open to experienced technical profiles with a Bac+2/Bac+3: experience and achievements will take precedence over the degree.

Conditions Remuneration starting from €55k gross annual fixed, depending on profile and experience, + variable based on objectives. Executive status, 214-day flat-rate, up to 2 days of teleworking according to the current charter and in agreement with the manager. indsp
