This position requires a person with real experience in distributed architectures, a strong technical foundation, judgment for working on production systems, and an openness to incorporating AI into their daily work. What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)
It is a high technical demand role, with a strong focus on autonomy and execution capability. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating backend solutions in Java over microservices architectures, integrating messaging, asynchronous communication, resilience best practices, AWS, NoSQL, and AI in a high-complexity fintech environment.
Requirements +5 years of experience working with Java Experience in deploy, monitoring, and operation of applications in production environments Solid experience with microservices, idempotency, circuit breaker, retries, and CQRS Experience with messaging and asynchronous communication between applications, ideally with Kafka and partition key management Experience working with NoSQL technologies Knowledge and experience with AWS Experience in fintech business processes Experience and openness to incorporate the use of AI in daily tasks Completed university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent careers Fluent conversational English level Residency in Argentina or Uruguay Desirable Knowledge of Golang Ability to read and interpret explain results Benefits
