To strengthen our global team, we are looking for dedicated and qualified lawyers (m/f/d) in the field of antitrust for our office in Düsseldorf.

What to expect Advice in all areas of antitrust legislation, particularly merger control, antitrust fine proceedings, and antitrust issues within the day-to-day business of international corporations

Active participation in the preparation and conduct of negotiations with antitrust authorities as well as in court proceedings in this field

Advice and representation of clients in foreign direct investment control proceedings at the Bundeswirtschaftsministerium or at the European Commission, as well as before courts; coordination of international filings in other jurisdictions

Preparation of legal opinions, contracts, and pleadings in antitrust law, including detailed analysis and precise presentation of antitrust facts to provide sound decision-making bases for clients

Advice on all aspects regarding the Foreign Subsidies Regulation, including representation of clients in notification proceedings at the European Commission

Through internal and external training, we support you in successively expanding your expertise and offer you flexible and long-term development opportunities (such as secondments). After a multi-day onboarding at the start of your career, during which you can get to know your first new colleagues, a mentor will be available to you as a contact person – for all questions regarding the firm and in the planning of your further career steps.

What distinguishes you You are an entry-level professional with prior knowledge of antitrust law or have already gained initial practical experience in this field in a law firm or other legal functions and are now looking for a new challenge. In addition to a Prädikatsexamen and very good English skills, you possess a good understanding of economics, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong communication skills. You are also a team player with a desire for an international environment and use your creativity alongside professional know-how even when dealing with demanding legal tasks.
