REQUISITOS:

1. Studies in gastronomy and national and international haute cuisine
2. Intermediate-advanced English language proficiency.
3. Management of kitchen systems for recipes.
4. Knowledge of services in haute cuisine restaurants.
5. 03 years of experience in 4 and 5-star restaurants and/or hotels.
