#WINTER SEASON Residence Housekeeper M/F COURCHEVEL 1850 (M/F)
As part of a reinforcement for the 2026/2027 winter season, we are recruiting an ATMOSPHERE Residence Housekeeper M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to start from November until the end of April.
Within a residence located in Courchevel comprising 19 apartments & suites offering luxury services while guaranteeing the comfort and privacy of guests.
Your main missions: You will contribute to developing the quality and brand image of the residence, while maintaining and improving the quantitative objectives of its department.
- Actively contribute through your daily actions to the operational excellence aimed for by the establishment
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the department's strategy
- Establishment of schedules: organize and ensure the daily follow-up of the missions of the entire service, control compliance with hygiene and safety
- Organize the maintenance of all rooms, premises, and common areas
- Control the work performed
- Control the consumption of cleaning products and guest amenities in accordance with established ratios
- Ensure the purchasing and stock management of the department
- Update and analyze dashboards: room status, linen stocks, guest amenities, staff schedules, and implement any necessary corrective actions
- Know the services offered by the Residence and communicate them to your team in order to guarantee a unique customer experience
- Lead, support, and mobilize teams around the customer experience
- Ensure close coordination with the technical service, particularly regarding works and interventions
- Ensure the well-being of guests and your team
