Sales Administrative Assistant - MERIBEL M/F (M/F)
As part of our development, we are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant M/F on a CDI contract to join our dynamic team.
The position is based in Albertville, with regular travel to Méribel, in order to support our teams' activities in the field. You will evolve in a stimulating work environment, at the heart of a dynamic territory between valley and mountain, and will actively contribute to the success of our real estate projects.
Your main missions:
- Drafting documents:
- Compile and follow up on files from opening to closing;
- Search for and gather administrative documents;
- Perform documentary research and transmit or utilize it;
- Ensure coordination with various professionals (notaries, lawyers, etc.) for the drafting of deeds, mandates, and preliminary sales agreements, in compliance with legal requirements.
- Back-Office:
- Enter property descriptions into web tools and the CRM;
- Write real estate estimates;
- Manage post-sale administrative procedures (EDF subscriptions, Internet, etc.).
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth running of commercial activity. You will contribute to our clients' satisfaction and the success of our projects, while joining a dynamic team passionate about real estate.
