At CI&T, we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Senior QA Automation to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transformative, and multicultural environment. As a Senior QA Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Leveraging your experience in manual and automated testing, you will help create robust test frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your skills in JavaScript and tools such as Cypress will be essential to drive our commitment to excellence. Main Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure software quality. Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and defects. Create and document bug reports, ensuring clear communication with development teams. Use Cypress for test automation, increasing process efficiency. Implement CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps to streamline software delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and testing strategies. Communicate effectively in English, both in written and verbal form, to support team interactions. Essential Skills: Proficiency in developing test plans and cases. Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. Ability to create and document bugs and defects. Familiarity with automation tools, specifically Cypress. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices. Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level. Ability to develop in JavaScript for automation in Cypress. English B2.
