In France, the subsidiary has approximately 600 employees, including 300 at its industrial site in the Centre region (41260 La Chaussée Saint Victor). Reporting to the planning manager, you are responsible for managing the stocks of finished products, bulk, packaging items, raw materials, as well as stocks at depots. You also ensure the planning and scheduling of production at the industrial site and the monitoring of contract manufacturers, indicators...
In detail, your missions are as follows:
- Manage stocks by analyzing and configuring requirement calculations from the ERP, and launch procurement
- Calculate purchase forecasts
- Monitor stock levels and replenishments at depots
- Plan and schedule the site's production by calculating, ensuring smoothing, and monitoring workshop load
- Develop the production schedule in relation with the site's department managers
- Perform periodic sending of forecasts to allow contract manufacturers to anticipate their activity
- Monitor stock valuation and the number of units produced on the site
- Comply with instructions related to Health, Safety, Environment and Energy, propose improvement solutions and report any risky situation
- Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g.: new products, ERP migration, product modifications,...)
Profile sought With a Master's degree (BAC+5) in planning, production management or equivalent experience, you have already worked in an industrial environment on stock management, planning and workshop scheduling, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector. On a daily basis, you will be in contact with all departments of the industrial site as well as with contract manufacturers, inter-company clients and depots.
Sense of organization, rigor, team spirit, autonomy and communication are words that characterize you. You speak English and have IT knowledge.
