What you will be required to do: Define the strategy of your product universe and the directions of your collections.

Drive commercial performance, margin, and profitability of your scope.

Analyze trends, the market, and performance to guide your offer choices.

Guarantee the consistency of collections by reconciling creativity, customer expectations, and business challenges.

Define economic objectives with the Product Planning teams and monitor their achievement.

Unite the Style, Buying, Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply, and Product Planning teams around a common vision.

Support, mentor, and develop the talents of your team.

Communicate your strategic decisions with pedagogy and contribute to the evolution of the practices within the Offer & Buying department.

Deploy the CSR roadmap of your product universe and contribute to the achievement of associated objectives.
