For our Dynamics 365 team, we are looking for you as Product Owner* - Medical Devices.

About the position:

You will shape the vision and strategic development of our Medical Devices industry solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (formerly D365 Finance & Operations). In doing so, you will combine product strategy, industry-specific requirements, and best-practice processes into a scalable solution for companies in the Medical Devices industry.

What does a Product Owner do at Cegeka?

• You steer the further development of our solutions and ensure that the defined goals are successfully achieved
• You observe market trends and the requirements of our customers, develop a clear product vision from them, and ensure implementation within the agreed quality, budget, and time specifications
• You prioritize requirements, User Stories, and ongoing topics together with the teams to ensure smooth implementation
• You act as the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and ensure optimal cooperation
• You involve relevant stakeholders early on, concretize requirements, and ensure high-quality and implementable User Stories
• You work closely with customers and other stakeholders to ensure both the interests of our customers and an optimal User Experience

The goal of your work:

The goal is to further develop the existing Medical Devices industry solution in a scalable, market-oriented, and regulatory manner – with a clear interplay of product vision, business processes, D365 F&O, and technical implementation.

This role is a good fit for you if:

• You bring experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect with a clear product focus in a software development environment
• You want to actively develop, scale, and design business solutions for the Medical Devices industry in a customer-oriented manner
• You can prioritize requirements, translate them into product and solution concepts, and guide their implementation in a targeted manner
• You enjoy mediating between stakeholders, product strategy, delivery, and technical implementation
• You understand the functional logic of ERP processes and can derive product-relevant decisions from them
• You bring good technical understanding – active development experience is not required
• You bring a strong ownership mindset, a structured way of working, and very good English skills; German is an important plus
• You do not shy away from occasional travel within Europe and at the same time want to work flexibly in an international, remote-oriented environment

What technologies and professional knowledge do you bring?

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (formerly D365 Finance & Operations)
• Very good understanding of ERP processes, especially in the area of Supply Chain Management (Finance knowledge is an advantage)
• Experience in Medical Devices or Pharma or comparable regulated environments
