Sales Support – Freight Forwarder

Functions:

• Support to the commercial team.
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations.
• Customer service and follow-up.
• Coordination with operations and internal areas.
• Shipment and documentation follow-up.
• Administrative support to the commercial area.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarder, logistics, or foreign trade.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience in customer service and follow-up.
• Organization and follow-up capacity.

Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00pm First 3 months on-site, starting from the 4th month it is home office 3 days at home 2 in the office

Zone: Reforma CDMX

Salary: $15,000 to 18,000 monthly

• Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience
