Our task is:
To procure information of foreign and security policy importance, evaluate it, and make it available to the Federal Government in the form of reports, analyses, and briefings.
Your tasks with us will be:
- Creating contributions and reports for internal agency recipients:
- Developing specialist contributions and forecasts for management
- Internal agency answering of questions
- Presentation activities on the occasion of internal events and conferences
- Creation of ready-to-sign outgoing report findings:
- Developing contributions for ministries and other agencies
- Answering inquiries from ministries and subordinate agencies
- Presentation activities and specialist discussions at ministries and other agencies
- Creating summarizing overall assessments:
- Cross-cutting assessments of findings taking various aspects into account
- Summarizing and evaluative presentation of the state of development
We fundamentally require the willingness to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new specialist areas and tasks.

- Mandatory requirements:
- a completed or expected to be completed within the next 12 months university degree (Master/Dipl. univ.) from the following fields of study:
- Electrical and Information Technology
- Industrial Engineering with an engineering focus
- Transport Technology and Nautical Science – specifically:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Materials Science and Materials Technology
- Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering – specifically:
- Technical Cybernetics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Physical Technology/Mechanical Process Engineering
- Manufacturing and Production Technology
- Process Engineering
- Computer Science
- proven good English skills in speaking and writing (corresponding to B1/B2)
- German citizenship
- willingness to undertake business trips
- willingness to undergo an extended security clearance with security investigations (Ü3) based on the Security Clearance Act (SÜG).
- Desirable requirements:
- proven good foreign language skills in English (corresponding to C1)
- proven good foreign language skills in Russian (corresponding to B1/B2)
- knowledge in handling common Office applications
What we need from you:
