- You support the teams in the introduction of the development process and the agile framework Scrum.
- You will undertake the execution and moderation of Scrum meetings as well as the identification and removal of obstacles that slow down the development team.
- In your position, you ensure the flow of information between the team, Product Owner, and Unit Manager and strive for maximum benefit and constant optimization.
- You protect the team from unjustified interference during the Sprint and ensure compliance with the targeted values.
- Coordination with the Unit Managers regarding organizational obstacles and problems is part of your task.
Your Qualifications
- You already bring experience as a Scrum Master and a deep understanding of agile methods.
- Additionally, you possess excellent communication and moderation skills and the ability to ensure the flow of information between the team, Product Owner, and management and to resolve conflicts effectively.
- You have already gained experience in coordination with executives and in dealing with organizational challenges in the past.
- Your profile is rounded off by a commitment to continuous improvement and team development as well as very good English skills.
