- You are responsible for the quality assurance of suppliers in an international environment as well as the implementation of your own quality standards.
- You approve initial samples and conduct audits for the approval of new suppliers.
- You independently process the investigation of national customer complaints regarding medical devices.
- You process Complaints Corrections and CAPAs.
- You are also responsible for creating specifications and are the first point of contact for quality deviations.
- You are responsible for reporting.
Your Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in Medical Technology or comparable and possess relevant professional experience in quality assurance and in dealing with suppliers.
- You bring production-related experience, ideally with electronic components.
- You have very good knowledge of quality management and very good English skills.
- You bring knowledge in TrackWise and in the quality management of medical devices (Din ISO 13485.MPG, 21 CFR 820 QSR,…).
