• You are familiar with the coordination and planning of construction projects.
• You work with specialist planners, local authorities, and utility providers and coordinate with them.
• You are responsible for cost estimation as well as the preparation of offers and the development of tenders.
• You monitor the construction measure.
• You present your work results and communicate with interface departments.

Your Qualifications

• A completed degree (Civil Engineering or similar) or a similar qualification with corresponding specialist knowledge is your basis.
• You have several years of experience in the execution of construction and maintenance projects including planning, calculation, schedule and cost planning or monitoring.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the preparation of bills of quantities and in working with external companies and procurement.
• Teamwork and independent working are your strengths.
• Good English skills and an analytical, goal-oriented way of working round off your profile.
