- Checking incoming order confirmations for price, delivery date, completeness, and accuracy, as well as digital filing
- Monitoring and evaluating suppliers regarding quality, reliability, delivery deadlines, and flexibility
- Processing and following up on complaints, including deadline monitoring
- Recording and coordinating technical inquiries from suppliers with the responsible specialist departments
- Regular checking and monitoring of existing supply agreements
- Tracking missing parts and critical delivery items
- Ensuring timely material supply and part availability for service orders
- Close coordination with Purchasing, Engineering, Service, and other internal interfaces
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering or a comparable industrial environment
- Experience with turned, drilled, and milled parts as well as mechanically processed components
- Knowledge in the area of steel, plastic, and sheet metal parts as well as mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drive components
- Good technical understanding and understanding of technical contexts
- Good SAP knowledge as well as confident handling of common MS-Office applications
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
