  • Maintenance and implementation of adjustments in the area of company pension schemes as well as support in the accounting of corresponding benefits
  • Cooperation with HR partners, specialist departments, and employee representatives to clarify payroll-relevant topics

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with a duration of at least three years as well as relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Sound knowledge of labor law, wage tax law, social security law, and collective bargaining law
  • Good user knowledge in SAP HCM as well as confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of electronic reporting procedures such as ELSTER, DEÜV, or EEL is an advantage
