Business Intelligence Analyst / English B2+ or C1 - Excel and Power BI Management

We are looking for a BI Analyst with an analytical and business vision, capable of consolidating information, structuring data models, and designing the key performance indicators (KPI) that will guide the success of our operations in a global environment. This opportunity is for you!

What we are looking for:

• Education: Professional in Administrative careers, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the construction, support, and maintenance of dashboards, as well as in the dissemination of operational indicators.
• Languages: Fluency in English (B2+ or C1).
• Technical skills:
• Advanced management of BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Solid knowledge in statistical tools, metrics, management indicators, and consolidation of information from multiple sources.

• Compensation: Base salary of $3.500.000 to $4.000.000 (depending on English level) + variable for performance of $500.000 + all legal benefits.
• Modality: 100% Home Office (you can apply from any city in Colombia).
• Schedule: Office hours from Monday to Friday (weekends off).
