BI Analyst / Reporting Analyst // English B2+ or C1 - Excel and Power BI Management

• Education: Professional in Administrative careers, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the construction, support, and maintenance of dashboards, as well as in the dissemination of operational indicators.
• Languages: Fluency in English (B2+ or C1).
• Technical skills:
• Advanced management of BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Solid knowledge in statistical tools, metrics, management indicators, and consolidation of information from multiple sources. · What we offer:

• Compensation: Base salary of $3.500.000 to $4.000.000 (depending on English level) + variable for compliance of $500.000 + all legal benefits.
• Modality: 100% Home Office (you can apply from any city in Colombia).
