As an Inside Sales, your tasks will be as follows:

• You handle incoming calls and emails in order to provide customers with the best possible information regarding products, services, and their conditions;
• You guarantee the processing of orders and quotation requests within a minimum timeframe;
• You enter and schedule the various orders until shipment;
• You are responsible for the billing and sales administration part of the products;

Your Inside Sales profile matches the following criteria:

• You have training oriented towards administration or commerce;
• You have several years of experience in a similar role;
• You have a very good command of German (B2) and fluency in English (B1);
• You are comfortable with IT tools and the Office suite;
• You are a person who is: autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and customer and solution-oriented.
