Shipbuilding Engineer for Offshore and New Construction Projects (m/f/d) (Engineer - Shipbuilding and Marine Technology)

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of shipbuilding engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, sound experience in using AutoCAD or comparable CAD applications
• Strong spatial imagination as well as solid knowledge in the areas of mechanics and construction
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working as well as a high degree of reliability, resilience, and innovative spirit
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
• Professional experience in the areas of shipping, shipbuilding, shipyards, offshore technology, or wind energy is desirable

YOUR TASKS

• Planning and coordination of projects in a team with a focus on new construction, special ship transports, and offshore
• Checking and evaluating technical documents as well as planning documents
• Active participation in the design and further development of concepts for demanding new construction projects
• Evaluation and conception of innovative as well as alternative propulsion solutions, taking into account technical, economic, and sustainable aspects
• Monitoring and accompanying project implementation on-site as well as ensuring professional execution
• Close cooperation with internal and external project participants to ensure timely and high-quality project processing
