YOUR TASKS

  • Safety first! - You look after your safety and health and that of your colleagues
  • Leading and further developing a team of approx. 45 employees (including approx. 5 directly subordinate specialists and managers)
  • Strategic personnel and resource planning
  • Overall responsibility & further development of the logistics site (Warehouse with ramp logistics)
  • Managing productivity and cost targets including budget responsibility
  • Continuous improvement of all logistics processes using TPM methods (Total Productive Management)
  • Ensuring quality as well as the continuous improvement of all logistical processes in the sense of our Wholesale-Strategie
  • Ensuring high service quality towards internal and external customers as well as active participation in change and digitalization initiatives

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Sound logistics know-how (acquired, e.g., through relevant studies or similar higher education)
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a leadership position in logistics
  • Good understanding of cost planning, cost control, and operational KPIs
