Accounts Payable (AP) - (Boost Juice) Welcoming Accounting Fresh Graduates

• Verify the accuracy of invoices from suppliers before recording them into the accounting system
• Reconcile invoices with suppliers' SOA
• Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies before proceeding with payments
• Prepare accurate payments in accordance with the law, including payments to suppliers, employee claims, and petty cash disbursements
• Prepare monthly VAT and withholding tax reports
• Prepare monthly accounting documents
• Scan and store documents in the shared system
• Handle general administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Age 22 - 28 years old Diploma - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome) Basic reading and writing skills in English Able to handle pressure from workload and meet deadlines Responsible and able to focus well on tasks Detail-oriented Basic knowledge of accounting (There will be a test during the interview) Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply (Internship experience will be given special consideration) 100% Office-based, Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00, Weekends off Office is located at Phayathai Plaza, next to BTS Phayathai
