Business Continuity Analyst - full payroll, on-site in San Isidro, Lima

We are Bipay, a digital wallet associated with Bitel Peru.

We are looking for talent to occupy the position of BUSINESS CONTINUITY ANALYST in our SAN ISIDRO office:

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in similar positions
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related careers
• Intermediate/Advanced English (Evaluated during the process)
• Desirable experience in regulated companies or the financial sector / Fintech.
• Availability to work on-site at our headquarters in San Isidro.

Main functions:

• Support the identification of critical processes, resources, dependencies, and interruption scenarios.
• Update the business continuity plan and associated recovery plans.
• Coordinate tests, drills, and continuity exercises with the responsible areas.
• Follow up on gaps, findings, and improvement actions derived from tests or incidents.
• Prepare continuity reports, test results, and the status of action plans.
• Coordinate continuity management with the Information Technology Management, Information Security and Operations departments, and critical areas.
