Responsibilities and duties

• Preparation of various corporate acts and related measures;
• Assistance in the structuring and implementation of corporate reorganizations;
• Conducting legal audits and support in M&A and Capital Markets operations (equity and debt);
• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Drafting of contracts in general;
• Interaction with public bodies such as Juntas Comerciais, among others;
• Jurisprudential research and monitoring of administrative processes before the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários and the Conselho de Recursos do Sistema Financeiro Nacional.

Requirements and qualifications

• Knowledge in Direito Societário, M&A, and Mercado de Capitais;
• Experience with auditing;
• Advanced or fluent English;
• Law degree between 2018-2019.

Remuneration: Monthly salary + Annual profit distribution; Client Credit.
