Receive and guide customers, helping them select the most suitable virtual reality experiences based on their age, interests, and number of participants. Prepare, configure, and operate Meta Quest 3 headsets and their accessories. Explain instructions, controls, and safety rules before each session. Supervise players during experiences, providing assistance when necessary. Manage the start, duration, and end of gaming sessions. Clean, disinfect, and maintain headsets, controllers, and other equipment in good condition. Resolve basic technical problems related to headsets, video games, and connections. Support the operation of racing simulators, virtual reality machines, and other center attractions. Collaborate with reservations, payments, and general customer service when necessary.
