Within the Agence Foncières et Investisseurs, under the responsibility of the Agency Director:

  • develop and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects, real estate companies and large French and international real estate investors, under the best conditions of profitability and risk management;
  • study files that may concern all types of real estate assets and all forms of credit (mortgage, corporate, structured credit, real estate leasing) and draft adapted financing offers ("Term Sheet"), sensitivity to CSR topics through knowledge of ESG structuring would be a plus;
  • with the support of the Agency's Chargés d'Etudes, prepare files to be presented in Engagements committees and personally present these files;
  • participate in contract negotiations until signature in liaison with the bank's internal or external advisors, in the fields of legal, tax, engineering, and structuring;
  • permanently develop and maintain relationships with French and foreign banks that specifically operate in this market, particularly within the framework of syndication operations or club deals;
  • permanently monitor and ensure reporting on the evolution of portfolio risks and more generally the real estate market, ensure compliance with the bank's regulatory obligations, particularly in terms of compliance (KYC, LAB);
  • possibilities of missions or short-term travel in France and abroad.
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, Business School, Master Finance/Banque;
  • Proven experience in the corporate market or with real estate professionals;
  • Good experience in the field of financial analysis, credit, and risk;
  • Good knowledge of corporate or structured financing structures;
  • Knowledge of interest rate products and the debt market (obligataire, NEUCP...);
  • Good command of English, knowing that a large part of the activity is handled in English;
  • Evolution within a small team, your personality will be a determining factor: team spirit, capacity for adaptation and organization, while being demanding and rigorous.
