Euro-Information International (EII) is the Luxembourg entity of Euro-Information, the technology subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale group. Euro-Information International (EII) specializes in supporting the group's international entities (Europe, Asia, North America) active in the fields of investment banking or private banking.
In this context, we are currently looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for steering one or more projects from the EII project portfolio, directly or indirectly involving their functional scope, while ensuring consistency between the specific needs of the group's entities, the requirements of central functions, and the platform's pooling objectives.
Your missions:
Your various responsibilities will be to:
- Define the objectives and key success indicators of projects defined in collaboration between the group's entities and the Euro-Information / Euro-Information International management.
- Contribute to project scoping in order to design, in collaboration with stakeholders, a solution that maximizes pooling while ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance in its field.
- Propose governance and a schedule to enable the concrete launch of the project.
- Conduct the project in compliance with its structuring elements (scope, budget, deadlines, roles and responsibilities, methodology, use of project tools) to guarantee the quality of deliverables and the smooth running of the project.
- Participate in the project's realization throughout its execution by focusing interventions on actions within their functional area of expertise to maximize the value delivered to users.
- Identify project dependencies and risks, propose actions, and report information concisely to stakeholders to monitor the project's progress.
- Disseminate best practices in terms of project management to raise awareness of change within the business lines.
Profile
Your profile
Holding (f/m) a higher education degree in computer science, financial engineering, management, or project management, you have significant experience (5 to 10 years) in IT projects related to investment banking or private banking (Credits, Capital Markets, Compliance …) & have already led large-scale international projects.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You know how to be convincing and rally an audience to your cause while seeking consensus.
- You know how to document a need and translate it into technical specifications.
- You hold certifications in project management.
- You are not afraid to travel as part of your work.
- You have perfect command of English (C1).
