Job description summary
Attend to and resolve the needs of the segment through their input to establish actions, design products and/or solutions. Collaborate in the training of network employees who serve the Corporate, Corporate, Institutions and/or Government segments, improving the relationship model based on feedback and market benchmark.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and supervise the Administration of fiduciary businesses, with strict adherence to what is established in each contract and the legal and regulatory provisions, maintaining an excellent level of service.
- Visit Corporate, Corporate, Wealth Management and SME Banking offices to conduct trust training and detect business opportunities.
- Execute commercial strategies for the attraction of new business.
- Advise clients on the Ad Hoc trust for their needs.
- Ensure compliance with assigned commercial goals.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tax Accounting, and/or Law, master's degree or specialty in trusts is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in promotion and/or administration of trusts. Intermediate English proficiency is essential.
