Position: Senior HR Business Partner, Enabling Functions (maternity cover) Division: Enabling Functions City: Moscow
Responsibilities: HR Strategy in Enabling Functions in Russia and CIS: ensures the formation of the strategy for Enabling Functions, based on business goals, trends, existing metrics, priorities, and the overall HR strategy of the CIS Cluster and Enabling Functions at the Global level, with a special focus on cultural transformation, integration, and the implementation of operating models to increase organizational efficiency. Workforce Planning and Org. Design: ensures strategic workforce planning in accordance with talent management and performance processes. Together with the leadership team, shapes effective organizational structures that contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the Business and Enabling Functions. Comprehensive Talent Management: participates in shaping and implementing the talent management strategy, including initiatives for performance management, talent development, and retention, while simultaneously promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the organization. Attracts and further develops high-potential candidates for key positions, consulting management on effective development programs. Partnership with the Leadership Team: works closely with the leadership team, provides coaching-style consultation, and holds leaders accountable for talent management processes, teams, performance, culture, organizational structure, and organizational transformation initiatives. Comprehensive HR Management Responsibility: takes full responsibility for all HR matters within the assigned functions, ensuring a consistent approach to HR management. Change Management: organizes the development, implementation, and agile deployment of programs to increase organizational efficiency and manage change. Engages employees in the process of adapting to organizational changes, providing coaching-style consultation. Application of HR Policies and Procedures: ensures the implementation and application of company directives, policies, processes, systems, and programs in the field of HR, taking into account best practices in standardization and in accordance with organizational requirements. Labor Relations: acts as the point of contact for all labor matters. Ensures compliance with labor law and manages litigation in case of labor disputes in close cooperation with management, labor relations and law experts, the legal department, and the HR Director, as well as other legal requirements that guarantee compliance and adherence to company rules. Consults managers on resolving individual HR issues, including conflict resolution and performance management. Market Orientation: brings in best practices and trends through analysis of the Russian and CIS markets, maintaining connections with industry colleagues and key talent to improve talent management and performance strategies. Market Data Assessment: evaluates and analyzes Russian and CIS market data to ensure competitive compensation offers for employees. Monitors internal equity and market competitiveness, develops recommendations in partnership with the local compensation and benefits team, and applies retention strategies when necessary. Military Accounting Advisory: advises employees on the application of military accounting legislation, explains to employees the procedure for fulfilling their military accounting, mobilization training, and mobilization duties established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Regulation on Military Accounting, monitors their execution, and informs employees of their responsibility for failure to perform said duties. Authorized to receive summonses on behalf of the military commissariat intended for company employees subject to conscription and/or mobilization. HR Process Improvement: as an expert and strategic consultant in one/several areas within HR workstreams (centers of expertise), develops and continuously improves HR processes to increase efficiency, simplify processes and procedures, and maximize HR capabilities. Ensures effective HR communication within the country group. Data Management and HR System Improvement: plays a key role in developing a local IT platform taking into account global HR approaches and local Business needs. Supports HR systems in the assigned units, requests user feedback, develops proposals for optimizing and improving processes and systems, and consults users on working with systems to provide employees in Russia and CIS with an effective and competitive HR IT environment. Strategic HR Project Leadership: leads strategic HR projects, responsible for the management, successful implementation, and improvement of HR processes and services. Carries out project planning, documentation development, stakeholder interaction, and resource management to ensure timely project implementation within budget.
What is important to us:
- Higher professional education, preferably in "Human Resource Management";
- More than 10 years of experience in various HR fields, more than 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner;
- Knowledge of labor law and legislative aspects in the field of HR management, with successful experience of its application in Russia and CIS;
- Knowledge and skills in various areas of HR management: personnel administration and payroll, compensation and benefits, personnel development;
- Experience in project management and related changes;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong leadership qualities: courage to challenge and the ability to influence, drive change, and make an impact within a matrix organization;
- Accountability: demonstrating full responsibility for talent development in the organization, driven by data and proven results;
- Decision Making: making strategic talent decisions based on set goals;

- Business and Market Knowledge: broad and deep understanding of customers, as well as industry/business development factors and trends, including challenges and opportunities;
