HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with a focus on HR Systems and Talent Management

Your tasks:

• Independent support of assigned departments throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit
• Sparring partner for managers in personnel management and labor law matters
• Creation of contracts, addenda, certificates, and personnel-related correspondence
• Independent accompaniment of recruiting processes, from job posting to decision
• Co-design and maintenance of modern HR systems (HR Suite, digital file, Recruiting, Onboarding, Self Service) as well as support in the selection and introduction of new solutions
• Support in personnel development and training planning

Your profile:

• Completed studies (Personnel Management, BWL, Business Law, or similar) or comparable qualification
• Long-standing and sound professional experience in the personnel area, ideally as an HR Business Partner/referent
• Sound knowledge of individual labor law, confident advice even in demanding situations
• Experience in HR digitalization and process optimization, enjoyment in the further development of HR systems
• Structured, independent way of working
• Good English skills
