ERP User and System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Competent contact person in 1st and 2nd level support
• Link between the ERP manufacturer and Baumann GmbH
• Recording and coordination of requirements with specialist departments and key users
• Analysis of user problems and development of solution approaches
• Administration of existing ERP applications as well as continuous further development and improvement of internal processes
• Creation of user and access concepts
• Implementation of new functionalities including test preparation and integration tests
• Collaboration in ERP-wide projects
• Training and support of users
• Creation of guides, documentation, and instructions

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• Or career changer with comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience desirable
• Knowledge in handling ERP systems present
• Knowledge in application programming and in the field of software development with database connection is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent and team-oriented working style
• Careful way of working as well as good analytical and communicative skills
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
