Your tasks

You will work with modern technologies for manufacturing companies, ranging from printers, PDA terminals, and barcode scanners to corporate information systems. We are looking for a technically oriented person who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and finding effective solutions for them.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers in the areas of HW and SW
• Install, configure, and service printers, PDA terminals, and barcode scanners
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Perform service interventions and training at customer sites
• Cooperate on the implementation of new technologies and systems

Requirements

What we expect from you

• Communicative knowledge of the English language
• Group B driver's license
• Professional competence in electrical engineering (formerly decree 50/1978 Sb.)
• Basic overview in the field of IT and modern technologies
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Independence, responsibility, and a desire to learn new things
