Paralegal - Full Time (On-site) Medellin

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting our litigation team in the United States, with a schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time – ET). You will work closely with an experienced legal team, gaining hands-on experience in high-profile litigation cases, and will provide support to attorneys and senior paralegals in drafting legal documents, file management, legal research, and coordinating litigation support tasks. The position includes a structured training process and continuous support; previous experience in US law is not required, although it will be positively valued. We are looking for a licensed attorney in Colombia, with a C2 English level (oral and written), excellent academic performance (GPA 4.0 or higher), outstanding organization, time management, and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems, and previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (desirable).
