Your future area of responsibility

• You are the central contact person for all SWIFT topics
• You also have an interface function internally and with technical service providers
• You accompany and coordinate the annual customer security program
• You ensure master data maintenance
• You develop individual strategies for managing customer connections
• You participate in projects and software updates
• You act as a committee representative in national and international SWIFT working groups
• You organize and lead round-table events
• You accompany digital transformations in connection with SWIFT innovations

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training in the IT or banking sector with qualified further training or a degree
• You have advanced MS-Office skills - especially Excel and Access
• You are characterized by an affinity for the fields of IT, payment transactions, and securities
• You have in-depth product knowledge in the SWIFT environment
• Your English skills are at a business fluent level
• Independent and responsible working is a matter of course for you
• Eloquent appearance and sociability are required
• Constant readiness for change, temporal flexibility, and teamwork complete your profile
• A willingness to undertake occasional business trips (national and international) is required for this position
