Steering Design Office performance:

  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPI).
  • Optimize interfaces between the Design Office, methods, production, purchasing, construction sites, and services.

  • Structure engineering practices: standardization, technical libraries, solution capitalization.
  • Deploy Lean Engineering and continuous improvement approaches.

Management of Design Office teams:

You supervise the Unit Managers and Design Office Technicians.
