Responsibilities and assignments

How your day-to-day will be:

The Crew Member will join the Technical Purchasing team at our Azulville headquarters, located in Barueri/SP.

• Conduct strategic negotiations of medium complexity, ensuring the best commercial, technical, and contractual conditions for the company;
• Lead cost reduction and value generation projects, using project management methodologies and tools;
• Perform spend analysis, financial feasibility studies, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analyses;
• Act end-to-end in Supply Chain processes, from demand assessment to the formalization of contracts;
• Develop and strengthen relationships with national and international suppliers;
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and productivity in purchasing processes;
• Participate in strategic projects, contributing with analyses, scenario building, and action plans.

Requirements and qualifications

What you need to bring in your Luggage (Prerequisites):

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Advanced Excel;
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis, and TCO;
• Experience in strategic negotiations and supplier management;
• General knowledge in finance for preparing feasibility studies;
• Basic knowledge of freight and taxes;
• Experience in Supply Chain processes;
• Advanced English for reading and writing;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.

It will be a differentiator if you have:

• Fluent English for conducting international negotiations;
• Experience with aeronautical technical purchasing;
• Knowledge of Trax and Oracle systems;
• Experience in dynamic and high-complexity environments;
• Innovative profile, with a focus on continuous improvement and value generation for the business.
