Responsibilities and assignments How your day-to-day will be: The Crew Member will join the MCC team at our REC base, located in RECIFE-PE. As an MCC Controller, you will be a fundamental part of the team responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and coordinating corrective maintenance actions, ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet with safety, quality, and efficiency. Your performance will be dynamic, strategic, and essential to maintaining Azul's high operational standard.

Generate reports pertinent to MCC and travel logistics; Monitor logistics for DEFECT item materials; Act directly in technical and operational support to aircraft in the troubleshooting phase or out of service; Monitor internal communication channels (emails, direct inputs) and ensure fast and assertive responses; Support the MCC Coordinator in technical and administrative demands; Be part of a team that never stops and keeps our operations safe and efficient 24/7. Provide service to aircraft out of service; Monitor emails and direct inputs; Develop your activities always focused on the concepts of Safety and Security, as well as, identify and formally report to SGSO AZUL not only occurrences, but mainly potential situations or dangerous conditions that could pose risks to operations, thus acting in a PREVENTIVE manner.

Requirements and qualifications What you need to bring in your Luggage (Prerequisites): High School Completed; 2 CHTs; Intermediate English. Knowledge in aeronautical maintenance systems; Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; Previous experience in aircraft maintenance.

It will be a differential if you have: 3 CHTs; Higher Education Completed or Ongoing; Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting of aeronautical systems; Advanced English
