We are continuously seeking experienced Lead Design Engineers and Technical Lead Engineers who want to take a leading technical role in exciting development projects. Your technical competence and ability to lead technical activities will be a vital part of our customers' success. Depending on the assignment, you will work either in our internal project teams or on-site with one of our customers within the automotive industry.

Depending on the assignment, your tasks may include:

Coordinate and lead technical deliveries, development activities, and support engineers in the team Work with mechanical design and product development of components and systems Drive technical investigations, risk analyses, and problem-solving Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process Produce and review CAD documentation as well as technical documentation Contribute to activities related to DFMEA, tolerance analyses, verification, and quality assurance Ensure that technical solutions meet requirements for function, quality, cost, and delivery time

Profile Description:

To thrive and succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

A university or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience from the automotive industry Experience in leading technical deliveries, work packages, or development activities Experience in product development and stakeholder management Experience working in cross-functional teams as well as in collaboration with suppliers Experience with CAD tools such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX, or Creo Experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill Fluent English in speaking and writing B-driver's license
