Your Tasks

• Warehouse organization
• Planning and scheduling of daily packing lists for pickers and packers.
• Creation and planning of sealant cooling processes. - Coordination of goods inwards and outwards as well as booking / recording in the ERP System.
• Creation of accompanying documents, customs declarations, and other necessary shipping documents.
• Notification of shipping orders.
• Communication with freight forwarders, drivers, suppliers (external as well as internal) and the customer (external as well as internal).
• Processing of customs warehousing using the designated customs software plus participation in the AOG on-call duty.
• Monitoring of stock levels and, if necessary, correction of discrepancies.
• Execution of general administrative activities.
• Processing of ad hoc orders such as "Transparency AOG".
• Compliance with and enforcement of quality and safety guidelines. - Furthermore, the creation and processing of deviation reports.
• Compliance with order and cleanliness as well as regulations within the framework of the 5S program
• Data entry in the course of PPG quality measures or requirements from customers

Your Profile

• A completed vocational training as Speditionskaufmann or Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Product knowledge and knowledge of legal frameworks for storage and retrieval (ADR, IMO, IACO)
• Good understanding of numbers
• Interest in working with EDV
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Foreign language skills (English)
• Sense of responsibility/reliability
• Flexibility
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late)
• Organizational talent and a reliable, careful, and structured way of working
• Logical understanding
• High customer and service orientation
