Your Tasks
- Coordinate assembly planning, assign orders, and make adjustments to the production plan in the PPS tool
- Dispose of components within the inspection, cleaning, repair, and monthly throughput processes, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate alternatives or accelerations
- Track and monitor lead times and deadlines; analyze and clarify deadline deviations, maintain delivery status; provide key figures
- Ensure communication with product line order teams and Availability Manager, act as an interface partner for EMC
- Ensure compliance with module or assembly group delivery reliability, taking customer requirements into account
- As a "parts hunter," identify and collect or organize missing parts; perform material postings
- As a "system watcher," control order times, order completion, etc.
- As a "gatekeeper," monitor compliance with the gate criteria agreed upon with upstream and downstream areas
- Special tasks; participate in projects
Your Profile
- Completed skilled worker training
- Demanding additional qualification (e.g., Meister / state-certified technician)
- Many years of experience as a skilled worker
- Disposition and planning skills for complex circumstances
- Basic knowledge of different engine types desirable
- Application-specific knowledge of IT systems for materials management and control, such as SAP R/3
- Good knowledge of standard PC applications
- Good English skills
- High assertiveness as well as good persuasiveness
- Clear service orientation and customer-oriented behavior, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
- Willingness for professional further training
- Suitable for shift work, 2 shifts
