Job Objective:
Plan production and analyze data to optimize processes and material flow; enabling product availability in accordance with the business strategy and actively contributing to the Site's operational excellence
Follow the internal work regulations and the safety requirements established by the company Comply with and share Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy Continuously analyze inventory levels, the master production plan (Inload), and sales forecasts; to determine the correct production schedule in accordance with inventory policies. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes, as well as coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels. Evaluate production operational performance to compare it with the original plan. Review action plans with the involved teams to achieve plan adherence compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials and components. Assist in managing inventory turnover and minimizing excess stock. Collaborate in resolving production-related issues as they arise, working to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency. Prepare and present periodic reports on production performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. Highlight key results and areas of action to management. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes, as well as coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels. Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve productivity and reduce costs simultaneously. Bachelor's Degree or Engineering English B2
