We are expanding our team and are therefore looking for 1 Customer Service Employee M/F/X

on a full-time basis.

Your future tasks

• Support of our national as well as international customers from order receipt to delivery

• Processing and handling of customer inquiries as well as coordination with internal specialist departments

• Handling of letters of credit and international customs affairs

• Complaint and grievance management

• Reconciliation of customer requirements with Sales and production planning

• Coordination with logistics partners

• Maintenance of data in the SAP system

Das bringen Sie mit

• Completed commercial training or a higher qualification

• Professional experience in Customer Service, export, and customs processing

• Good English skills in speaking and writing

• Good SAP knowledge (SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA)

• Good Excel skills as well as affinity for data analysis and reportings

• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers

• Strong communication skills

• Structured and organized way of working
